I had beef steak as it’s one of my favorite meals. It was well seasoned.Rice had a few uncooked parts in it.Hard as a rock ! Mac and cheese was perfect.Black eyes peas were uncooked.Corn bread was average.$20 budget so I didn’t get a drink.Nice friendly staff.Nice and easy on a Sat afternoon.
They food was good and seasoned well. The service was good.We did get the kool-aid and Iced tea, yet they were too sweet to drink 😩
This was my first time visiting and I only came for potato salad because the place I ordered my veggie plate for dinner disappointed me.They said their potato salad was made with bacon 😩 I called before coming and the young man answered my question and advised me that their potato salad was not made with any meat.So I drove on over.I went in and didn’t want to just order that when they had desserts and even though I’m not a sweets person, I’m staying at family house for a few days and knew someone could benefit from it. The potato salad was good, the carrot cake was good (I ate a bite and gave it to my mom), the service wasn’t bad.I would definitely go back to a veggie plate or some sides.
