I recently visited Soul Food Bistro and was absolutely delighted! Tucked away in Regency Park Shopping Center, this cozy spot serves up comfort food that feels like home.

I tried the oxtails with fried cabbage and Lima beans, paired with a slice of their mouthwatering peach cobbler. The portion sizes are generous - I took leftovers home for two more meals!

The staff was friendly, especially Ms. Brenda, who checked in on my experience. Definitely a place to return to. Just be prepared for potential wait times on Sundays! Highly recommend! 😊
