Soufflé Cafe & Bistro truly excels at breakfast! I had the fluffy pancakes, which were some of the best I’ve ever tried. The cozy atmosphere made it easy to relax, and my vanilla latte was perfectly brewed - not too sweet, just right.
The wait was a bit longer than expected, but the attentive staff made it worthwhile. I can't recommend their delicious avocado toast enough - it pairs wonderfully with the amazing home fries. This spot deserves more love. I'll definitely be returning for another leisurely brunch! ☕️
