Sortino's Italian Kitchen, located at Kalahari Resorts, is a delightful surprise for a waterpark restaurant! 🍝 We had the 12-hour lamb, which was absolutely divine, and the baked ziti was hearty and satisfying. Our server, Samet, really stood out - he was attentive and made us feel at home, even with our rambunctious toddlers!

The only hiccup was the shrimp scampi, which didn't quite hit the mark as it lacked flavor. Overall, a lovely atmosphere and great Italian eats! Can't wait to return on our next trip! ⭐️✨
