Iâve had many bad experiences at this sonic.For one, I ordered a burger and it was cold.I prolly waited 5 minutes to open the burger up to eat and it was completely cold.Like they used an old patty.I have stopped ordering any burgers, fries, etc.They always take forever even when I order just a sundae and when thereâs only one car in line.

Got a roach in my drink.Told the lady and she tried saying it was an ant.She said âoh yeah its an ant I see more in the limesâ, then proceeded to remake the drink with the same limes.Definitely wasnât drinking that.Gross

Honestly this place is ghetto and the managers are rude.They scream at you in the drive thru and get mad for no reason.As a customer service employee, I would never take my anger out on a customer.She claimed that was the way she naturally talks, but that sends the wrong message and clearly shows sheâs not meant for customer service.
