Husker Deli & Grill offers a casual vibe perfect for a quick bite! I tried their chicken dinner and loved the crispy skin, though I got dark meat instead of the requested white - slightly disappointing.

The enchiladas were a unique spin with their fresh toppings, but weren't quite to my taste. 😅

Despite a few hiccups, I'll give them another try for their comfort food options.
