Fast food restaurant
I used to love sonic but I don't anymore.My favorite thing in the world was the route 44 strawberry limeade.I loved the strawberry bits that used to be in them. I went to the store on university a few months ago & there was no strawberries in it-only lime. I went back(I was so disappointed)& the staff couldn't even speak English well enough to understand me. I called customer service & they took my information & promised to get back to me; which they never did. I don't go to Sonic anymore. It is not comfortable to sit outside to eat in Arizona & it is always dirty. Sonic is just another example of a greedy corporation that takes for granted the fact that we, as paying customers, do not HAVE to give them our hard earned money. Money is hard to come by.I am done with parting with a cent on companies who don't feel they need to EARN my money. Sonic is overpriced, poor service, poor environment, lacks any customer care or concern & nothing they have to offer warrants my time or money. Support a local business...make your own hot dogs or hamburgers at home. I do not recommend Sonic.

Food was great in taste.My order was slightly wrong and took a bit of time to come out, but they were quick to offer a solution.Otherwise, everything was good and on an average level.Have always loved their ice, limeades, tots and chili cheese dogs 😋

Where to begin.When I arrived I was greeted by staff who seemed annoyed to take my order.I purchased a double quarter-pounder with cheese and paid through the kiosk while leaving a tip.It took 10 minutes for the food to arrive, and when it did, I was incredibly upset.After tip, my order cost a little over $5, and I received a smashed sandwich, which was spewing mustard at every angle.To top it off, the meat was dried out and burned, like it had been sitting in a hotbox for a while.I don't know why it took 10 minutes to prepare something this disgraceful.I go to Sonic knowing that it may cost a little more, but the quality makes up for it.Not at this location.If I were you, I would go to McDonald's and get a better burger and service for $2.And it's not the first time something like this has happened at this location.I had to stop getting drinks, as the last time I did, I received a drink with strawberries that you could see, taste, and smell were expired.It's absolutely embarrassing.
