I recently dined at The Original Blue Adobe Grille, and it was a delightful experience! 🌮 We started our meal with a Carafe of Killer Margaritas - smooth and perfectly balanced. For mains, I had the stacked enchiladas topped with an egg, which reminded me of my grandma’s recipe! The earthy sauce was divine.
My partner enjoyed the chorizo stuffed chicken with amaretto cream sauce; she said it was simply fantastic! The cozy atmosphere made it great for our dinner, but do make reservations! It was busy, and we waited a bit, but the food was worth it. Can’t wait to return! 😊
