I stopped by Sonic Drive-In after a long work day, hoping for a quick pick-me-up, but it turned into a bit of a letdown.

I ordered a soda, which was flat and disappointing. To make matters worse, there was a mix-up with my card, and despite the cashier’s promise of a refund, I’m still waiting for it after nearly a week.

The food was classic Sonic, tasty to some extent, but the service was painfully slow - over 20 minutes for just a couple of items! A little organization would go a long way. Hopefully, they can improve the experience! 🥤
