I recently visited Sonic Drive-In on NW 23rd St, hoping for a classic fast food experience. 🍔 I ordered the three-piece chicken tenders and chili cheese tots. After a bit of a wait - around 12 minutes - they arrived, but the service was a mixed bag.

While I appreciate the manager addressing my earlier concerns and refunding me, my popcorn chicken was more like oversized strips and seemed a tad overcooked. The peanut butter bacon shake I was excited for ended up being mostly whipped cream.

Overall, not the worst, but there’s room for improvement! 🍟
