Drove in to get two footlong hotdogs for our grandkids' lunch with grandparents day.Wondered why it was taking so long.When we got to the school and opened the container they were in, they had a charred strip that indicated they had not been rotated and had been cooked too long.I had asked the window attendant why it took so long, and she got a big laugh and didn't answer.I guess someone put them on the hot dog roaster and forgot about them.Better check your food before you drive off, or better yet, go to McDonald's or Cain's.

I come here pretty regularly.I was being gracious as it's the busy time, but sitting at a drive thru order box for 5 mins with 1 car at the window....Unexcusable.Then when I asked for my receipt I was told we already threw it away this is the worst experience I've had at this Sonic in years

I'm not typically one to complain about service as I work in a similar line of work myself.Today, I parked in one of the order spots around 9 or so pressed the button and waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order.When someone eventually came to take my order all I ordered was a large cherry limeade.I understood it was busy so I completely get having to wait but I feel like 45 minutes for a soda is a little ridiculous.It got to the point where I just drove off and didn't even receive my order (luckily I wasn't given the option to pay in advance).I do want to add the lady that took my order was very sweet.
