Fast food restaurant
Just leaving sonic and my experience was not very good.I placed my order, and when I got to the window and paid for my food, I asked the gentleman his name started with a K and I asked him to make my tater tots fresh.He said OK, and went towards the back.A girl came and gave me my food when she gave me my food I let her know right away that the tater tots are not fresh as I asked them to be.She took the entire bag back.That includes the tater tots, and my two burgers, I sat in line for maybe about three minutes or more for fresh tater tots.When they gave me my bag I tasted of course the top of the tater tot and they were hot as I am driving home and I get to the bottom of the container I am realizing that , they left the old cold tater tots and they took half of it out and they put half of the new fresh tater tots so I had half of my tater tots that were cold and half of my tater tots that were fresh.That is very in my opinion disrespectful for one because I nicely asked two people to make sure I get fresh tater tots and I sat in line I did not have an attitude.I was very nice to the people even though I had already informed the previous person that I paid with that I wanted fresh tater tots and I still ended up with cold tater tots.This is not good customer service at all , I paid for my food and I asked for my tater tots to be fresh and I expected the entire thing to be fresh hot tater tots not half of it hot and fresh and then the bottom of it is the same cold tater tots that they previously gave me .Not a great experience at all!!! It is too cold for you guys to be giving me cold tater tots

The workers were super nice but my food I paid nine dollars and I got one piece of chicken.Everything else is crumbs.My cherry Coke was not even halfway full.

This place is extremely unprofessional! There was one person in front of me in drive thru and it took them 10 mins to even greet that car.I proceed to order and the person who took my order was very unprofessional as well.It took an additional 15 mins just to get my food.The bun was so soggy with grease as though they took it directly off the grill and placed it on my bread to drain.Cooks were in the drive thru window area scratching their face and didn't wash their hands.Sonic should be ashamed of themselves to be represented by deplorable employees and sub par standards.
