Waited for over 30 minutes and never got my order.Pushed the red button and he said they had my order, but still nothing 10 minutes later.The workers were sitting inside on their phones and another was outside with a group of young boys.Tried to get a refund but no one would answer my call.Worst experience ever! The girl pictured was the only one “working” but yet apparently didnt have time to make my food item.

Tried this location multiple times, always placing my order through the app.Every time, they have no cars in lot when I order, yet food is brought out 5-10 minutes after app thinks it's delivered.This time they delivered to the wrong stall even though I have to check in in the app.Received my food 16 minutes after quoted time.Don't go here if you value your time or sanity.

If I could get zero Stars I truly would.This location was the worst experience by far I have had in a long time at a restaurant.It took 34 minutes to get one shake and I repeat one shake.When it was delivered it was soupy enough where it should have been a soda.And then when I tried to do the complaint online through their customer complaint service I could not read the receipt because they're out of ink and their receipts which makes sense because apparently they were out of service as well.So when I call the customer service line to get a store number in order to do the complaint she gave me the phone number which of course does not work for a store number because you would assume that the store number is asking for a location not the phone number.So constantly it kept giving me an error message and saying input is incorrect because that is not the store number.Terrible location, terrible service, and terrible experience.That's the reason why as much as I travel I hardly ever see Sonic's.Would not be surprised if they close down within the next 6 months to a year and that would be pushing it.My total was $7.03 for a soda pretty much.
