I placed my orders through the app.The last time I did that I had to wait a long while and then go inside to find my food on a shelf.The manager said that the times on the app are not correct.I said but my food is ready, it’s just sitting there. When I got to my destination my eggs had been cooked on an unclean grill.They had dark color throughout and around the edges.My bacon was undercooked and had to be taken off and not eaten. Today, I thought that I would try them again because this site used to be my go to spot before the fire. Today during the lunch hours, I had to wait again and there was only four or five cars on the lot.My food was ice cold.As if the fries were placed under an air conditioner vent.The smashed burger wasn’t as cold as the fries but it wasn’t even warm. Since the fire this site has really gone down.It is a neighborhood store and I was very happy that it reopened.Not so much now.I will try again in a month.

This place has terribly slow service at 7:50 pm on Thursday July 11th I pre ordered my food on the app and took 22 minutes to get yet the food was warm and looked like we got half of what we ordered meaning if you order a large you get more like medium because it's only half full.And this is not the only time I've had an issue, when I came here this Saturday before I didn't even get my online order until I had to ask by pushing the red button.Yes I entered the stall number.Come on sonic I know you can do better than this.

Placed an order tonight, most of my items were missing, the drink were not made right, the driver that delivered my food was smelling of weed and since the bag neither my drinks were sealed my food was reeking of its…absolutely disgusting… I will stick to ordering from the one in prattvile and I advised everyone else to do the same because not only do they seal your bad and drinks they actually make the items right and everything is always correct Whoever was working tonight should seriously be trained again 🤮🤢
