Perennial Restaurant is a delightful gem in Montgomery! 🌿

I had the chance to sample their soft opening menu, and it impressed me. The Watermelon Gazpacho was wonderfully refreshing for a summer day - definitely a must-try! The Succotash was wholesome, made with fresh local veggies that really shine through. I highly recommend their house-made fermented sodas; the lemon balm was a standout! However, the ginger ale had a stronger fermented taste that wasn’t quite to my liking.

The atmosphere is gorgeous, with lovely plants and antique decor, plus the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to return as their menu expands! 🌟
