The staff is a little all over the place, sometimes you get your food in multiple trips because they tend to forget things.I don't know if it's because they are unorganized or maybe the staff seems young and perhaps it's their first job.The food is always really good though, and it's hot and fresh.I will say it's good we put our orders in online because A LOT of the drive up ordering stations don't work anymore, but they don't block them off so you waste time pulling in, checking, backing out, pulling in, etc until you find a working station to let them know you're there.It's a bittersweet experience, because we really love the food, but the location could use some work.

I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger no lettuce no tomato, with fries and a Dr Pepper and a pretzel twist.I had to repeat to the person taking my order that I wanted fries and a Dr Pepper with the burger.I pull up behind the truck that was at the window.A young lady came out to take my payment.I handed her a $20 bill for a $13 order and she asked if I needed change.I told her not to worry about the change.The truck in front of me pulls off and I pull up to the window.I am handed my bag and I pull away.I get home and sit down to eat.I didn't get any cheese for my pretzel twist.And the burger that I said I didn't want lettuce and tomato on had lettuce on it.This would have been no problem for me except for the fact that the lettuce was turning brown and gross looking.My question is why would your employees think they deserve a $7 tip on a $13 order if they are not listening when the customer is ordering and then doesn't give the customer what they asked for?

Sat at the drive-through menu for 5+ minutes with no response.Young black male in a work shirt was standing outside of his white Honda rolling a joint.Pulled up to the window to try to get service and was ignored..nobody to be found.Dude proceeded to stand there and smoke his weed while watching me circle the lot trying to get service. This happened at 2:45pm on 2/17/2024.Not sure who the manager is that’s supposed to be keeping things in order..but do a better job.Sheesh.
