Sonic Drive-In

The drive up menus are always out.
I had to park in two different areas and back out because the screens were out of order.
The sweet tea was sour like it had been sitting a while before it was served.
The waitress was attentive and kind.
They need better equipment to keep up with service

The service here was great.
We were originally told that the ice cream machine was down but when the server had it back up he brought out a large cup of ice cream for the kids and also brought out a strawberry sundae.
The area was safe and we were able to find seating.

I do not often leave bad reviews, but this particular Sonic location warrants it.
The last two times we have come to this location, we have had TERRIBLE experiences. The first of the last two times, we waited for 15 minutes waiting at the speaker for someone to greet us and take our order.
No response.
Pulled around and everyone was sitting outside on their phones.
We just left after that.
What was the point?? Sucky service likely would've ended up with sucky food and drinks. This last time, tonight, and it WILL BE the last time at this location, we waited from 10:49 to 11:16 for one medium peanut butter milkshake.
We were surpassed multiple times and then they messed up the order when they did finally bring it to us.
We noted others left their spots and joined the line.
Horns were honking.
No apology nor explanation for the wait.
No compensation for the wait either.
99% sure the lady waiting on everyone was the manager. Needless to say, this location lost this customer and needs to be revamped with an entire new crew and new management.
Waste of my time and money...
there are other, significantly better, Sonic locations in Columbus that we will frequent from now on.
