I only wanted to purchase a whopper bun and fries! I don't eat meat so I have my own premade burgers.
However, I've never had a problem purchasing until then.
Some female/male..wouldn't allow us to buy.
I thought Burger King's slogan was Have it your way? I will go to the one on Macon Dr.
from now own.

If I could rate it zero, I would.
We were forced to wait at the first window while they took four separate orders, and during this time, the staff was already being overbearing. After we provided the correct order, which had already been stated at the speaker, the staff informed us with a dismissive attitude.
One of them yelled, “WELL, THEY SHOULD HAVE ALREADY SAID THAT,” even though we had already repeated the order twice.
When we reached the second window, the staff were even more disrespectful and acted exaggeratedly annoyed when we requested a remake of our ice cream, which had melted by the time we arrived. Despite being a location with multiple staff members and a reputation in the area, I have never encountered such an unpleasant experience.
They acknowledged the mistake but still gave us the incorrect food, ignoring our complaints.
Overall, it was a 0/10 experience. I Will be emailing the headquarters

Girl in the drive thru with the uneven orange braids seems to really hate her job and it shows in her attitude with customers.
The store was pretty clean though.
