Soho Ramen Riverside is a cozy gem nestled in the Riverside Food Lab! 🍜 I visited for lunch and ordered the Tonkotsu charshu pork ramen. While the broth was lighter than I expected, the charshu was tender and flavorful, complemented by a simple egg.

However, the wait time was a bit lengthy - over 25 minutes for my dish. I appreciate that good food takes time, but I noticed others receiving their orders sooner.

Definitely a casual spot perfect for solo dining, but beware if you're in a hurry. Overall, it was a satisfying experience. Would I return? Absolutely, but maybe for takeout next time... ✨
