Olivia's HB Cafe is a hidden gem in downtown Riverside! 🌟 The atmosphere feels casual and welcoming, especially on the outdoor patio. I indulged in their house special crispy chicken, and it was flavorful without being overly greasy - definitely a win for anyone looking for lighter Chinese or Vietnamese options.

The service is notably friendly; Rocky was especially attentive. The only downside is the interior could use brighter lighting, but that’s easily overlooked with such great food! I’ll definitely be back for the pho next time! 😊🧋
