I visited Smokin' Burgers & Shakes last week and was eager to try their famous Mexican burger. Sadly, it was a letdown. The burger lacked flavor and was far from fresh. The fries, which I hoped would be crispy, were disappointingly soggy.

I reached out to discuss the issues, but the response was less than helpful. The atmosphere feels casual, perfect for family outings, and although the staff were friendly, the service didn't match my expectations. Hopefully, they can improve soon... 🍔
