MUSE Brasserie delivers an exquisite dining experience that beautifully combines French and Indian influences. The atmosphere is cozy yet upscale, perfect for a romantic dinner. I savored the cured mackerel served three ways - absolutely delightful! For my main, the Chicken à la moutarde was succulent and flavorful, while the dessert, a rich chocolate Marquise, left me wanting more. The attentive service, including a warm visit from chef Franck himself, truly enhances the evening. Can't wait to return! 🍽️
