This was an interesting experience.
The collards were the best.
They were hot and flavorful.
The green beans were meh.
The Brisket, although smokey and good tasting, came out at room temp after we had to wait 40 minutes for it.
Same for my wife's food, cold meat with hot sides. Service was very, very slow, which was surprising given there was one table sitting.
Tables were dirty. This place has potential, but as it is now I can't imagine it lasting long.

Not only is the food good, but you don't have to wait around in a long pointless line to get it.
They take the order quickly, and go fill it quickly, thus preventing the kind of queue you find in some places.
The barbecue was excellent, the sides were good, and the people working friendly.
The dining area was clean and comfortable.
I recommend this place for barbecue.

We hired them for our wedding reception, which was styled as a backyard BBQ, and they exceeded our expectations in every way.

My husband grew up in North Carolina and said the brisket, in particular, was the best he's ever had.
His sentiments were shared by all of my Carolina family, so that's saying something! Oh, and did I mention the sauces? Every single sauce was amazing! The BBQ was complemented perfectly by the sides, which were all on point: creamy mac and cheese, fresh coleslaw, and savory baked beans.
