Sip Pho

My experience at this restaurant left much to be desired. From the outset, receiving moldy bread tainted the meal with a sense of neglect and disregard for basic food safety standards.
It was disheartening to see evidence of negligence in food preparation, indicating a lack of attention to detail and quality control.Onions had their skin on in their pho broths too! Moreover, the oversight regarding your partner's order of vegan pho, where the tofu was initially forgotten and later served in chicken broth, highlights a significant failure in communication and understanding of dietary requirements. This not only disrupts the dining experience but also raises concerns about the kitchen's ability to accommodate dietary preferences accurately. Service was notably slow and inattentive, exacerbating the frustration caused by the initial mishaps.
The lack of attentiveness from the servers further detracted from the overall dining experience, leaving patrons feeling overlooked and undervalued. Additionally, witnessing servers goofing around behind the counter and plate collecting area reflects poorly on the professionalism and work ethic of the establishment.
Such behavior not only undermines the restaurant's credibility but also detracts from the ambiance and customer satisfaction. In conclusion, the issues with food quality, service, and professionalism diminish the appeal of this Vietnamese restaurant, making it difficult to recommend to others seeking a satisfying dining experience.

After I tried Pho at Sip Pho, I seriously do not want to go anywhere else to have my bowl of Pho anymore because Pho here is absolutely phenomenal, extremely delicious and flavorful, I am not even kidding.
I ordered the rare steak pho and the meat is thick but so tender and moist.
My friend ordered short rib Pho and the bowl is gigantic!🤣 He cannot even finished it… I know for sure that I will have to come back here again and many more times😊 Sip Pho is a MUST TRY you all! Highly recommend!

The food is good.
Had tofu Banh Mi and Tofu bun.
They use sweet chili sauce as the sauce for these 2 dishes. Mom had Rice Beef Rib, she enjoyed it.
The meat is well seasoning.
