At Sing Yee, it’s clear they have a knack for flavorful dishes! The BBQ Pork was a standout - perfectly charred and juicy. We also tried the deep-fried intestines, which were crispy and rich, hitting that wonderful texture balance. However, the Beef Stir-fried Rice Noodles missed the mark with flavor and oiliness.

Despite the few hiccups, the casual atmosphere and welcoming staff made it enjoyable. Bonus points for their late-night hours and plentiful parking! Definitely returning to explore more menu items... 🥢
