Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar offers a delightful dining experience in the heart of Madrid. The sushi selection is wonderfully fresh, and I particularly enjoyed the chicken sushi - an intriguing twist! The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between casual and cozy, making it ideal for both families and date nights. We also appreciated the friendly service, although our waiter’s English could have been sharper. Reservations are a smart choice, especially during peak hours.
