Very long waiting, expensive prices. 4€ for a water, 4.50€ for a beer, tinto or simple coke.Overpriced and poor quality of service.
It's okay.I expected the food to be more delicious since the prices are very high but it was normal.Coffee was the best.Service was quick only because we're sitting near their place.I just hope they stop giving the receipt with the order specially when you're staying longer.
The staff is burned out We went for some beers.The place was very pleasant.Next to the pond in Retiro Park, in the shade with a very pleasant breeze (which is much appreciated in Madrid in the summer).We just wanted to have some beers and a snack. But no one attends to us.One employee passes by and tells us it's not his area.Another one passes by and says he only collects, not serves.The waiter passes by and ignores us.10 minutes.20 minutes.Everyone keeps passing the buck.On top of that, they scold you for asking and saying you've been waiting for almost half an hour. Finally, we managed to get two beers and some olives.As for the price, better not to talk about it.
