Shinjuku Station is a fantastic spot for a quick sushi fix in Burlington! I opted for the vegan rolls and was pleasantly surprised by their flavor and freshness. The kanpyo shiitake roll was a standout, wonderfully balanced and satisfying. The cozy atmosphere makes it a great place for solo dining or grabbing a meal to go. Although they’re currently under renovations and no dine-in options are available, the takeout service was efficient and friendly. I can't wait to try more on my next visit! 🍣
