Shimizu Cuisine is a hidden gem on Piedmont Ave! 🌟 As someone with celiac, I appreciate their gluten-free offerings, including tamari for dipping. The sushi here is incredibly fresh, especially the spicy edamame and delightful rolls.

Linda, who always provides fantastic customer service, makes each visit memorable. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, though I wish for even more flavor in some sushi varieties. Overall, a great spot for delicious sushi at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely return again soon! 🍣
