I recently tried the Big Shig Platter and was blown away by the tender brisket and juicy pulled pork. The cheddar jalapeño sausage had a nice kick, and the ribs were simply divine! The cornbread casserole was a deliciously comforting side, while the fried potatoes hit the spot.
Though the atmosphere felt a bit more like fast-casual than a traditional BBQ joint, the quick service and friendly staff made up for it. Can’t wait to return for those ribs! 🌟
