Wendy's has always been my go-to for a quick bite, but my recent visit at the Fort Wayne location was disappointing. 😔
While I appreciate their affordable prices, the experience fell short. The restaurant was unkempt, with overflowing trash and unclean tables, which made it hard to relax. My order took an unusually long 20 minutes, and when it finally arrived, the fries were cold and hard.
I did notice the staff trying their best despite the chaos; one employee stood out for her effort. This place definitely needs better management to improve cleanliness and service efficiency... I hope they can bounce back!
