ShelBeez is a delightful discovery! I finally made my way here after hearing so much buzz. The baked chicken was incredibly tender, and the collard greens packed a nice bit of flavor. The mac and cheese? Absolute comfort in a bowl! I also tried the carrot soufflé - unexpectedly divine and reminiscent of sweet potato.
