Raise the Roost offers a casual atmosphere perfect for a laid-back meal. During my visit, I tried the fried chicken, which was crispy and juicy, paired with fluffy biscuits that could've been fluffier, though. The staff were friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience.
