The food was very good today, I am very thankful to the cook for delicious food. They deserve a raise. However, It was unfortunate that about halfway through our meal our server just got too busy for us.It made me feel like the smaller parties don't mean much to them anymore which is very unfortunate. We could hardly get a lemonade refill or any water refills.I had to start drinking off my partner's water because we all know 100 degree weather wants us hydrated. My partner was debating about a pie to take home but by the end of it I had a feeling we were not worth their time so I asked him to pay so we could just leave. I really hope if I go back this will not be repeated because they really started off with good service. It was such a switch that just because other customers came in we did not exsist.
I understand it was 2am, but still, I paid money for food that shouldn't have left the expo station. The Hangover burger looked like it was cooked and slapped together by a 2 year old, with a tasteless patty that was falling apart, two very small, very soggy bacon strips, soggy hashbrowns that didn't make sense as it was the driest burger I've ever had, and lettuce and tomato that reached its last leg two days ago.I also order the loaded fries, which absolutely did not look like the picture as it came in the smallest plastic clamshell, with the smallest amount of fries and cheese and a dash of the biggest bacon bits I've seen.I added Sriracha Mayo to the burger to help with the dryness, and honestly, that was the only thing I tasted as there was no flavor anywhere whatsoever.Shari's has been my go-to late night diner, but this location I will never visit or order from again. The cherry on top was the strawberry milkshake, which they sealed shut with a sticker (I understand that, food safety), but at least have a way for it to be peeled off. After wrestling with that damn seal for about 10 minutes, I decided to just stab the straw through the seal, as it was a milkshake straw (a paper straw, larger in diameter). The seal was so strong that when I tried to stab the straw through, the whole lid busted open, literally in pieces, sending whipped cream and the shake FLYING EVERYWHERE.I cleaned up the mess, and just the whole cup ended up in the trash. In summary, very, very disappointing.Do not waste your money here!

Liked the plate clean.I love Shari's.People always say they take so long to get out food, you must be going on a Saturday morning at like 10am.Of course it will be busy.I got my food quickly, and even if it took awhile the company made up for it.The waitress Tammy was also so kind. She reminded me of a true dinner waitress.I loved everything. There is always older people that tend to stare when you are a little younger.
