El Kiosco is an awesome family owned restaurant in the Albertsons shopping plaza on river road.They normally have pretty good parking.The inside is small, but super clean and homey.Their is lots of art and nice things to look at.They have a bar with 6 lottery machines.The food was great, a little expensive but the portions are HUGE.also the customer service is great, very attentive and nice.
I don't know when this place went so far downhill...I showed up at their stayed pickup time, waited at the counter for nearly 10 minutes and still wasn't helped, had to go into the bar to find a person. Get order home only to find it already luke-warm (I use a thermal bag and live 2 minutes away)...and was missing an tortillas for fajitas.I called the restaurant and asked them to just remake my portion because I didn't microwaved food (I could have spent much less money and gotten frozen food), and was told I'd have to pay.I wasted 50$ on mediocre food, missing part of an already cold order, and the customer service was garbage. I seriously regret going back, they USED to be much better. Edit to add: whole family threw away 1/2 food or more, we're going to make out own.
This place deserves more business! Wonderful food and GREAT service! Everyone we interacted with huge a genuine smile and were attentive! Loved the entire dining out experience here. Food was great-very flavorful and didn’t feel heavy! Came quick and just as we had ordered!
