Shandong Restaurant is a delightful spot for anyone craving authentic Chinese flavors in Portland! 🌟 I particularly loved their **Mapo Tofu with pork** - a perfect balance of spice and taste. The **chicken curry in clay pot** was another standout!

I did encounter a small hiccup with the **chicken wings**, which were a bit too saucy for my liking, but the staff was accommodating and promptly fixed my order when I mentioned it. The atmosphere was warm, though service was a tad slow, as they were busy that night.

Overall, I’m definitely planning to return and explore more of their menu...
