Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The place is phenomenal considering the bottomless sides! My partner and I went to Red Robin at a relatively busy time and there was a wait time of about 25 minutes before we were seated.
Understanding that a convention was in town, I have the following review: There are no listed options for vegans.
I ended up ordering the Impossible Patty on the Tavern Burger because the Impossible Burger comes with cheese and mayonnaise that are not vegan.
They do not have vegan cheeses they do not have vegan sauces outside of ketchup. I gave the restaurant stars because you truly get the bang for the book If You're an Eater like I am.
The bottomless fries are a great option, however, all the sides are which is great! They have steamed broccoli, which is the healthiest of the options and is also bottomless.
And vegan! I sort of expected the waitress to offer multiple times to refill our bottomless sides, however, we ended up having to flag the waitress down multiple times for the multiple refills.
My partner and I each had four refills of our respective bottomless sides. The Tavern burger did not come with onion or pickles, but those could be added, and there is a $3.50 fee to change the patty from the standard one to the impossible Burger.
It came with very little lettuce and one small tomato.
Overall it was decent. Again, phenomenal price.
Would recommend because of that.
Can customize also - would recommend because of that.
Friendly, but very busy staff sometimes.

We waited for 15 minutes with a visibly empty restaurant.
Our waitress came immediately to take orders but never came back.
We watched her pocket a tip off a table she wasn't associated with.
We didn't get napkins ever or water refills until 50 minutes into our visit after we were long done eating hoping we may end up with another refill on fries.
We did eventually get 2 more baskets of 10 fries each for our table of 6.
We asked for dips that never came.
Our table looked in at the kitchen where we could see 5 or more employees standing and visiting the whole time.
We left hungry and upset.

When we first walked in, we did not have the best experience and honestly almost went to burgerville across the street.
But we decided to tough it out once the manager got involved (we did not request this help, but I'm assuming she noticed we weren't super thrilled).
We were seated and greated by our waitress, Alanna.
(By far the best customer service I have had in a very long time.) She was aware of the table situation, acknowledged all the kids at the table and even had conversations with them.
She was so kind and offered refill of water (which doesn't always happen, shocking I know).
Anyway, we will be returning and the only reason we will be returning is because of Alanna!! Thank you so much for your kind service, we will be back!
