Shake Shack could always their standard no matter in East Coast or West Coast or in Japan or in HK The price is bit expensive than eg in HK and that is reality… US fast food in US is expensive than many other countries Burgers 🍔 are excellent as expected Fries are just okay Beer 🍺 doesn’t surprise me too!
Food was as expected, however I walked up the counter and 3 separate girls working there watched me, made eye contact with me, then looked away and went back to literally just standing there/chatting.The one that ended up helping me couldn't be bothered enough to read the ticket and notice she hadn't given me a drink I ordered.Extremely overstaffed, probably to make up for the lack of care each employee has about doing their jobs.

I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed on my 2nd visit which Shake Shack paid for since the 1st time I visited they skimped me.1st Timer, I tried the Avocado Bacon Burger and THIS is what I got, First two photos.The 2nd time I went I got what you see in photos #3 & #4.I say this with no doubt I will never return to a Shake Shack again.The store was not busy, so why rush to throw sandwich together sloppy?, they never texted me regarding my order when it was ready like they say they will do.The workers on Thayer st just don’t care.Take the avocado bacon burger OFF the menu!
