I recently grabbed a bite at Shake Shack in Indianapolis Airport, and while the Burger was deliciously savory, my experience was a mixed bag. 🍔

I was disappointed to find no shakes or ice cream - certainly a signature part of the Shake Shack experience! The staff, unfortunately, seemed overwhelmed, and some were vocal about their frustrations, creating a less than inviting atmosphere.

Despite the service hiccups, the Shack Burger was on point! I hope they can improve their staff dynamics so the food can shine without the added stress...
