Shack Breakfast & Lunch is the perfect spot for breakfast lovers! 🌞 On a bustling Saturday morning, we were quickly seated by a friendly waitress who truly rocked her role. I took her recommendation and indulged in the three egg omelet - absolutely delicious! My wife loved the biscuits and gravy, which paired perfectly with her hearty breakfast sandwich.

The only downside was the long wait, which is expected given its popularity. Plan ahead, and don’t miss the huge pancakes for a sweet finish! I can’t wait to return next time I’m in Overland Park! 🎉
