Schlotzsky's

Chris or Kris helped us out on Tuesday and she was so nice we came back Wednesday.
The crew was busy but working hard, very friendly attention.
We will certainly be back and the crew yesterday afternoon and today after 5 deserves kudos.

Stopped here on 5/23/2024 very busy! It was at 12:20 p.m.
lunchtime.
I got the small original combo & my husband got the same & a cookie.
I had a freebie small sandwich from their app.
I have had it for a while & it is a great app.
The cashier took our order quickly.
Our sandwiches were hot & delicious! It was very comfortable in there.
It is the largest Schlotzsky's I have seen.
Their drive-thru was very busy also.
They had a good selection of music playing.
Overall, it was a good experience.
Will stop by again if we ate in that area.

I really don't wright reviews mostly cause when I get there I just want to eat and leave.
When we got there the lady at the counter took our order didn't have a great attitude and on top of it got our order wrong when we were the only people inside at the time and gave other people that came in an attitude.
Had to wait 38 min for the other sandwich and when it was done it was put on the To Go counter for another 5 min.
I understand people have bad days and don't wish them to have an even worse day but when you ignore us and dissapear it just sucks.
Would not recommend this place until new staff or management.
