Sarku Japan is a solid choice for a quick and tasty meal in Memorial City Mall! 🍣 The bento boxes are a family favorite - great portions and the option to substitute items if you're not a fan of something. The cleanliness of the prep area was impressive, making the food feel even more inviting.

While there’s typically a line, it moves quickly, and I appreciate the free samples to help with decisions. My only slight gripe is that recent price increases have come with smaller protein portions... but I'm willing to keep coming back for the overall experience! Will definitely recommend! 😊
