Sarku Japan is a cozy gem tucked in West Towne Mall, perfect for a quick bite! 🍣 I grabbed their chicken teriyaki bowl and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion! The flavors were on point and the chicken was juicy, paired nicely with steamed rice.

However, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, which impacted the service slightly. Be prepared for a wait during peak hours! But honestly, with how delicious the food is, it’s worth it. Just order ahead if you can! I will definitely return for that comforting teriyaki goodness...!
