Santo Coyote is a delightful spot nestled in Pleasant Ridge Town Center! 🌮 I recently indulged in their mouthwatering shrimp tacos and couldn't get enough of the flavorful sauces. The atmosphere is bright and clean, but I wished for a bit of music to elevate the vibe.

Service was friendly but a bit slow, as we waited over 16 minutes just to place our order. The margaritas, though, were spot on - definitely a highlight! 🍹

Despite the hiccups, I’m looking forward to my next visit; the food alone is worth it! What’s your favorite dish here?
