Santa Rosa Taco Shop is a hidden gem! 🌮 After a long day exploring the Strip, I stopped in for a quick bite, and wow, did it exceed my expectations. The Carne Asada Fries are a MUST - so flavorful with a surprise of refried beans!

I also enjoyed the chili relleno and cheese enchilada, which paired perfectly with a big, warm tortilla. For under $40, my brother and I had a feast!
