Sanshun is a delightful find tucked away in Salamanca. The cozy atmosphere instantly feels welcoming, thanks to the owner's hospitality. I tried the kimchi, which was refreshingly tangy, alongside the classic Kimbap, bursting with flavor. The gyozas were perfectly crispy and a hit at our table. Although the ambiance is humble, the quality of the food shines through. Prices are also quite reasonable. If you’re in the mood for authentic Korean-Chinese dishes, this spot is worth a visit! 😊
