The restaurant looks nice.
We were here for lunch on Christmas Day.
There was a 5 course Christmas menu on this day, which is totally fine.
The portions are too big and the time between each course was too little.
After the 3rd and the 4th course I asked the waiter if we could have a break for 15-20 mins and he said yes.
And then both courses came 3 mins later.
It is not possible to enjoy a 5 course meal in 1 hour. The snack was nice, the soup and the duck cannelloni were tasty.
The fish (main course) was overcooked so I didn’t eat it.
That was sad. The waiters were not paying attention.
They didn’t ask if everything is alright nor if we want another drink.
And this, when we were the only customers...

Nos alegramos mucho que los platos del menú de Navidad hayan sido de vuestro agrado aunque lamentamos que los ritmos no fuesen lo suficientemente pausados.
A veces es complicado cronometrar bien los tiempos; cada mesa lleva un ritmo diferente y la cocina también.
Aún así, tus palabras nos sirven para aprender y tomaremos buena nota de lo que nos comentas. Esperamos volver a verte nuevamente por Falling Leaves.

delicious food and amazing place! I came with friends and we had a very good time there.
Excellent customer service, especially the hostess Cyndi was very kind with us
