Nestled on Palm Canyon Drive, Sandfish Sushi & Whiskey offers an exquisite dining experience that’s hard to beat. I enjoyed the Omakase, a lively 9-course journey that showcased incredibly fresh sashimi. Each bite was a delight, particularly the Hamachi Kama and the perfectly crispy tostada.

The vibe was trendy yet cozy - ideal for a relaxed evening. Our server was attentive and knew the menu inside out. Just a tip: make a reservation to avoid the weekend rush and enjoy a glass from their impressive cocktail selection! 🍣
