Trio Restaurant is a delightful find in Palm Springs! I recently dined there for a casual lunch and was impressed by the vibrant atmosphere. We tried the Ahi Tuna Tower and the Prosciutto & Fig Flatbread, both bursting with flavors. The craft cocktails, especially the Espresso Martini, were exceptional and complemented our meal wonderfully. Service was fast and friendly, making it great for a laid-back yet enjoyable dining experience. Don't miss their dessert - especially the chocolate sticky toffee cake! 🎉
