San Carlo in Bristol offers a delightful dining experience that feels both upscale and inviting. The atmosphere radiates romance, perfect for special occasions. The Gnocchi alla Sorrentina was a standout, beautifully baked and bursting with flavor. We also enjoyed the arancini, though mine could’ve been less oily. Service started slow, but once seated, staff became more attentive. Wine selection was impressive! With a little refinement on service speed, this place could be exceptional. I’ll definitely return for those rich Italian flavors... 🍝
